COMPLETE OVERHAULING – A STEP AHEAD

SUITABILITY TESTING SUITABILITY TESTING Not every machine has what it takes to become an I-H&S second-hand machine. First we check whether it meets basic criteria.
DISMANTLING DISMANTLING Professional, precise, reliable and according to the manufacturer's specifications
CLEANING CLEANING Checking and cleaning of the individual parts
TECHNICAL PREPARATION TECHNICAL PREPARATION Using a checklist certified by TRUMPF. Part exchange with original parts.
REPAINTING REPAINTING Sanding and painting of the machine, including the individual parts
STRESS TESTS STRESS TESTS Test runs according to defined parameters to check performance.
ACCEPTANCE ACCEPTANCE Machine accepted by TRUMPF-certified technicians after a range of tests. The parameters must correspond to those of a brand new TRUMPF machine

TRANSFORMING OLD INTO NEW

There is really only one alternative to a new TRUMPF machine: a second-hand TRUMPF machine. This especially applies if it has been comprehensively overhauled by I-H&S GmbH.
